In its 16th edition, the Valor Carreira - The Best Ones in People Management yearbook awarded the 35 best companies in People Management last Monday (12) and Schattdecor Brazil was among the top 5 in the category of organizations with 100-500 employees.
The survey was carried out in partnership with Mercer and presented a new research methodology that assesses the different aspects in People Management, going beyond the organizational climate. The new approach, unprecedent in the market, does not only measure the engagement level but also the employee’s experience, team performance, leadership responsibility, and company culture.
Carla Mendes, Executive Administrative and Financial Manager at Schattdecor Brazil attended the awards ceremony and pointed out that Schattdecor’s internal engagement rates showed a scenario that corresponds to their management policies: 98% of the team of employees are very proud to be part of the company. Such relationship assessments with the company - whether internally or through surveys like the ones in the yearbook - offer an overview of the organization. “The internal results were amazing. This shows that the base of our philosophy is increasingly solid and that it is the key to our success. “As our founder, Mr. Walter Schatt, says, you have to like people and this is what has driven us so far”, she concludes.
